Three dreadful letters in my life

How the FSB recruits its agents in the Muslim environment.

I finally have the courage to tell it all.

I am Rustam Soliev.

I would like no one else to face such torture and persecution that I have endured thus I am writing this article to protect as many people as possible.

I am not a hero or a saint, I am a simple honest person who wanted to live a calm life in his beloved country, bring joy and benefit to people, enjoy with family and relatives … I did not expect that evil, deception, hatred, fear live not somewhere far away overseas, but settled and thrived in Russia, permeating the entire pyramid of power from the very top to the very foundation. Unfortunately, I had to be convinced of this myself, on my own skin.

At the beginning of 2016, my sister and I decided to open a charitable foundation called “Kind Heart”. This fund has raised money and helped sick children in the expensive treatment of serious diseases. We, being Muslims, nevertheless decided to help people of all religions and views, because we believe that real Islam is kind and should present the Allah to the world as He is – merciful to everyone.

However, soon we were faced with a wave of first misunderstandings and then hatred from the Muslims from the central mosque. Night calls with threats – “we will catch you, kill you, hang you, etc.” – just made me angry and tired me. I was constantly anxious, since I am not a soldier, but a peaceful person, a dentist. I began to experience panic attacks and was constantly afraid of persecution by radical Muslims.

The central mosque of Maykop.

In March 2016, me and my brother were attacked several times and we were severely beaten. The attacks and beatings were led by several radical Muslims of “Jamatovskye” group from the central mosque. With the connivance of the authorities, they were able to create a radical group that kept many Muslims in my city at fear. And eventually they attacked me and my brother.

When in April 2016 my brother and I decided to go to the police and write statements about the attack and death threats, we did not even realize how strongly the security structures and departments are associated with radical groups and hate groups. After they accepted these statements five days later the police called us and asked to come to the police station. We came, but they immediately put us in separate prison cells. Soon the doors to my cell opened and I was horrified to see those who attacked me. They entered the cell and began to brutally beat me. In the cell next to mine my brother shouted loudly, then his screams turned into moans. We were tortured and mocked by our persecutors – and this happened right at the police station, where we went to seek protection and help.

What was happening was so terrible that it is difficult for me not only to write, but even to recall this day of my life. But I am writing this for the sake of the youth of my country, for the sake of those who may become a future victim or, God forbid, a future executioner. The truth must come out – this is the only way to defeat the darkness in this world.

After a while, two men in tracksuits came to my cell. They called each other – Zaur and Adam. They introduced themselves as FSB officers and offered me and my brother to work as an undercover FSB agents. The main duty was to collect information among Muslims about radical sentiments, about terrorism and report any information that is of interest to the special services. Otherwise, they promised to make me disabled (which they later succeeded in doing). I categorically refused this impudent recruitment. Then these two started beating me again. Sometimes they got tired and were replaced by two other FSB officers, also in tracksuits.

After three days had passed and I, out of despair, lying on the dirty floor, covered in mud and blood, asked my executioners and tormentors to release me for a ransom – they have agreed, naming a huge amount of 200,000 rubles for each of us!

My parents had a hard time finding this sum of money and ransomed me from the pursuers.

After this group of radical Muslims attacked and beat me again at the end of May 2017, in September I applied for the purchase of weapons for self-defense. However, when the police found out about it, they arrested me and I spent several days in solitary confinement, being periodically beaten by police officers.

This time, when I saw men in civilian clothes in my cell, I already understood what was going on. These were FSB officers Zaur and Adam.

They started recruiting me again to work for the FSB. This time, I was offered to join the circle of ISIS supporters and, under the guise of a mercenary, go to fight in Syria to inform the FSB from there about the plans of the militants. I refused, but they told me how Murat Ristov refused to cooperate, after which he was beaten to death and left in the mountains, having reported in the news that he was a extremist and was eliminated by the FSB.

Then they began to put various weapons into my hands – a magazine from a machine gun, a grenade, cartridges. Their goal was to collect evidence with my fingerprints. When I refused to take these objects with my hands – they handcuffed me to a metal bed – they connected electric wires to my hands and shocked me. It was a terrible torture. I was in a semi-faint state, I think they managed to get my fingerprints on these military items. I was also forced to sign a confession that I owned weapons, cartridges and explosives and buried them in the forest. And the FSB found it. The name of the agent who recruited me is Shamil Ibragimov.

After that I was released. I think they got what they wanted – a frightened person and materials for opening a criminal case if he turns out to be intractable or decides to talk about the FSB’s recruitment methods.

And I must say they have achieved their goal. I was so intimidated that I did not dare to talk about the FSB’s attempts to recruit, even in an asylum interview in the UK. But now, when the FSB officers began to openly threaten my relatives and parents in Russia, demanding my return to the homeland. I decided: enough being silent. It is necessary to bring this criminal organization, which the FSB has become, out into the light.

I learned about the fate of Magomed Khasiev, who was recruited by the FSB for the war in Syria on the side of the militants. Unfortunately, he agreed and after a short time was executed by militants in Syria. FSB completely denied their participation in this operation.

The consequences of the persecution and the most severe bullying and torture did not went without consequences for my health.

On October 14, 2017, I had a cerebral hemorrhage. I was diagnosed with a micro stroke and practically became disabled. My thoughts began to get confused, frequent blackouts, insomnia, panic attacks.

I spent some time in a hospital in Russia, but only in the UK that I was actually diagnosed with PTSD.

Only veterans who have gone through the war have such severe disorders,” my doctor told me. “No,” – I objected, – “also among the refugees who have gone through the torture hell of the FSB. “

Currently I am safe, but my family – brother, sister, mother and father are constantly threatened and intimidated by the FSB. They come to their home, check their mobile phones if they chatting with me.

These are the methods of the modern FSB. They are no different from the KGB and the NKVD. This is a machine that feeds on human suffering, humanity, justice or mercy is alien to them. For them you are another piece of wood in the voracious oven.

At the present time, when Putin’s special services learned that I had found refuge in Great Britain and began to testify, they began to urgently fabricate criminal cases against me. In order to discredit my name before the UK authorities.

They are sending copies of orders to initiate criminal cases against me for theft to my family, which I allegedly committed in 2019. Even though I was no longer in Russia!

The last case was brought against me for alleged participation in terrorism. At home I have several summons demanding to appear for interrogation. Therefore, I understand perfectly well that if I appear in Russia now, this is tantamount to a suicide.

What conclusion have I made for myself and what solution can I offer those of my readers who share my views? If you cannot make a difference in your country and you feel threatened, run to safety. Don’t wait and hope for a miracle. Protect yourself and your family.

Life and health are given to you once. Do not trust her scum who seized power in Our country. Don’t trust yourself to Putin and his gang represented by the FSB and the police.
