Russia rehearses World War Two victory parade

by editor

Russia has been rehearsing ahead of its Victory Day parade on 9 May, with military vehicles, weaponry and soldiers passing through Moscow’s Red Square.

The parade, which recognises the defeat of Nazi Germany by the USSR, will be the 77th of its kind.

World War Two cost more than 20 million Soviet lives.

It comes as fighting continues in Ukraine.
