Christmas markets in Brabant-Walloon – Brussels Express

With the end of the year festivities approaching, everyone must be excited about the Christmas markets. Whether you are looking for gifts for your loved ones, hot chocolate or a mulled wine, various Christmas markets will be opening their doors for you.

This is a list of end-of-the-year festivities in Brabant-Walloon:

November 24th:

  • Court Saint-Etienne: Christmas market at Steiner School at Rue de la Quenique 18
  • Mont-Saint-Guibert: from 1pm to 8pm at Grand Place

November 24th and 25th:

  • Baulers at Rue de l’Eglise

November 30th to December 20th:

  • Louvain-la-Neuve: Downtown

December 1st and 2nd:

  • Grez-Doiceau: Artisanal Christmas Market at Bossut Square 4
  • Waven: Craftmen’s Fair at Town Hall Square

December 7th to 9th:

  • Ittre: At Place Saint Rémy, Rue Planchette
  • Nivelles

December 8th and 9th:

  • Chastre at Avenue du Castillon 71

December 13th to 16th:

  • Waterloo: at Place Albert 1er, in front of the Saint-Joseph Church

December 14th to 16th:

  • Braine-L’Alleud: Christmas Fairs
  • La Hulpe: at PLace Communale
  • Tubize: at Place Josse Goffin in Clabecq

December 14th to 23rd:

December 15th and 16th:

  • Braine-le-Château: 11th Christmas Market -Espace Beau Bois and House of Santa Clause – Bailli House. On the 15th from 1pm to 7pm and on the 16th from 11am to 6pm
  • Orp le Grand: 24th edition of this typical Christmas Market with approximately 50 artisans who will present their creations
  • Ottignies: Artisans Créateurs Christmas Market at Avenue Saint Pie x

December 16th:

  • Villers la Ville: from 10am to 6pm at Rue du Châtelet in Rigenée

December 20th to 23rd:

  • Waterloo: Esplanade Wellington under the lights of Christmas

December December 21st:

  • Braine-le-Château: Christmas Concert by Les Amicroches de Waterloo at St.Remy Church in Braine-le-Château.  Free for people under 18 years old, 9 Euros if you pay in advance or 12 Euros at the entrance.
