WATCH: "unprecedented" floods hit Craon in western France

On Friday 21 June, following unprecedented flooding in the town of Craon in western France, the river Oudon rose to 3.24 metres, exceeding expected levels.
Mayor Bertrand de Guébriant, described the situation as “unprecedented”.
