Delphine Boël case: King Albert II to appeal against court-ordered DNA tests

by editor
King Albert II will appeal against two orders issued by the Brussels Court of Appeal in the Delphine Boël case, his lawyer, Alain Berenboom, said on Friday.
“This appeal criticises most of the provisions of these two rulings of the Brussels Court of Appeal, including, by certain specific means, the measure of genetic expertise that has been ordered,” he explained.

On 25 October, the court ruled that Jacques Boël was not the biological father of Delphine Boël and ordered Albert II to take a DNA test.
