The European Union must stop taking advantage of the United States in the business domain, Donald Trump threatened in a Twitter on Tuesday, promising new taxes in the context of the disputed area on aeroplane subsidies.
The World Trade Organization finds that the European Union subsidies to Airbus has adversely impacted the United States, which will now put Tariffs on $11 Billion of EU products! The EU has taken advantage of the U.S. on trade for many years. It will soon stop!

This tweet is ambiguous because its formulation implies the decision to impose these punitive taxes has already been taken, when the U.S. trade representative published the day before a list of products that could potentially be hit if the EU does not abandon certain Airbus subsidies.
