Two hundred climate activists spend the night Place du Trône

Some 200 activists from Occupy for Climate have spent a second consecutive night on the Place du Trône in Brussels, Greenpeace, co-organizer, said Tuesday. 
This Tuesday is the D-Day for the activists since it is the day of decision on the revision of Article 7bis of the Constitution.

“It’s about being there, but we also want to show politicians that citizens are paying attention to their decisions,” said Greenpeace spokesperson Thomas Leroy.

It is not yet certain that activists pack up and go home after the vote. A new “general meeting” will be held at this time and will decide.
