More than 370 million people across the EU are eligible to vote in this week’s EU election. But not every country has the same voting schedule, so there’s bound to be confusion. Thankfully, POLITICO checked when each country is going to the polls, so you don’t have to.
Austria votes on June 9. Polling station opening hours vary: Most are open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; smaller municipalities close at midday.
Belgium votes on June 9 (and is holding regional and federal elections on the same day). Polling stations open at 8 a.m. and close at 2 p.m.; electronic voting is possible until 4 p.m.
Bulgaria votes on June 9 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (there’s also a national election that day).
Croatia votes on June 9. Polling stations are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Cyprus votes on June 9 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Czech Republic votes on June 7-8. Polling stations are open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on June 7 and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 8.
Denmark votes on June 9 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Estonia is the first to start voting, with polling stations open from June 3-9 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Finland votes on June 9. Voters can cast their ballots from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
France votes on June 9. Polling stations open at 8 a.m. and close at the earliest at 6 p.m.
Germany votes on June 9. Polling stations open at 8 a.m. and close at 6 p.m.
Greece votes on June 9. Polling stations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Hungary votes on June 9 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ireland votes on June 7 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Italy votes on June 8 from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on June 9 from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Latvia votes on June 8. Polling stations are open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Lithuania votes on June 9 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Luxembourg votes on June 9. Voters can cast their ballots from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Malta votes on June 8 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The Netherlands‘ election kicks off on June 6. Voters can cast their ballot from 7.30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Poland votes on June 9. Polling places open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Portugal votes on June 9 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Romania votes on June 9. Votes can be cast from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (but if you arrive before 10 p.m., you can actually vote until one minute to midnight).
Slovakia votes on June 8. Polling stations are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Slovenia votes on June 9 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Spain votes on June 9 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sweden votes on June 9. Polling stations are open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
