Ukrainian developers provided the Armed Forces with equipment for the construction of fortifications
The Ukrainian Association of Developers actively participated in the support of national defense, handing over engineering and construction equipment to the Support Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is stated in the message of the Armed Forces Support Forces Command on Facebook.
Widespread information indicates that at the beginning of November this year, a joint working group was formed between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation to coordinate the construction of fortifications.
This initiative became the basis for the formation of a volunteer business community, which declared its readiness to provide assistance in the construction of defense structures in the most stressed areas. Among the first participants of this noble event is the Ukrainian Association of Developers, which unites key players of the Ukrainian real estate market.
During the week, the representatives of the Association were able to collect funds and purchase 10 excavators, 2 dump trucks and 2 cranes for the military. The head of the Association Yevhen Favorov handed over the purchased equipment to one of the engineering military units.
“We understand that the high-quality construction of fortifications requires not only working hands, but also high-quality construction equipment, which our military lacks. Therefore, our Association immediately responded to the needs of the army and very quickly purchased modern equipment with its own funds, which will be used by the military for the construction of protective structures on the front line”, – noted the head of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.
Representatives of the association emphasize their readiness to continue cooperation with the military forces, since not only the fate of Ukrainian business, but also the future of the entire country depends on the stability and safety of our defenders.
The Ukrainian Association of Developers was established in October 2023.
